Episcopal Church
Sunday Afternoon
Chirrches all over the United
States will hold special services
Sunday as part of the observance
of National Boy Scout week. Feb.
6—l2th. The service in Tryon
will be observed at the Church of
the Holy Cross Episcopal with the
Rector, the Rev. John A. Pinckney,
in charge. Other ministers who
have been in Scout work the past
year will be on the program and
includes Rev. D. M. McGeachy.
Rev. B. G. Henry, Dr. George
Farrand Taylor and Dr. C. Ar
thur Lincoln. The Boy Shouts of
Tryon with Scoutmaster W. A.
Schilletter will attend in la body.
Saluda and Lynn troops and any
one interested all over the county
are invited to this service which
will be held at 5 o’clock, Sunday
afternoon.

Tryon high school defeated the
strong Rutherfordton team here on
Monday night 33-19. We play
Biltmore Thursday night.
