‘‘Whims” Again A -packed house welcomed the first showing of “Roylal Whims” at the Parish House Friday night. The second performance will be presented this evening under the direction of Mrs. Louis Fuldner. The pl.ay is sponsored by the Garden club. The public is invited to hear him. Kiwanis Tuesday The Tryon Kiwanis club will meet on Tuesday at 1 p. m., at Hotel Tryon t 0 discuss the club’s objectives for 1938. Prisoners Transferred Sheriff W. D. Hines has gone to Raleigh to take two prisoners con victed at court this week, Luther Porter, six years for breaking and entering; Riley Bradshaw, 15 months for larceny. Tryon boys’ and girls’ basket ball teams lost by big scores to the strong S'aluda teams on Fri day evening at the local gym. Methodist Rummage Sale at old Town Hall on Maple street, Satur day, February sth. from 1 to 5 p. m. Anyone having rummage may leave at McNeely’s or phone 85-W. The Bulletin mailed anywhere in the U.
