Play Postponed The Garden club play has. been postponed one week to April 26th and 27th, two days. Zogbaum Speaks Capt. Zogbaum, formerly of the U. S. Navy, but who recently came to Tryon and purchased land in the Hunting country, will be the guest speaker at the Tryon Kiwanis club on Tuesday at 1 p. m., at Hotel Tryon. Horse Show Buffet Supper Sunnydale Tuesday The annual Horse and Hound Show Buffet supper at Sunnydale will be held on Tuesday at 7 p. m. the night before the show. Price 75 cents. It is a Dutch Treat af fair for exhibitors, guests, offic ials, committees, etc. In order to be sure of having enough food for all everyone should make his re servation as soon as possible. Ap proximately 75 people attended the supper last year. Valedictorian Miss Betty Shelnutt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Shelnutt, president of her school class at Brenau Academy, Gainesville Ga., has been selected as the valedic torian of her class she having the highest scholastic standing in her class, according to an announce ment from Academy officials. Horse Show Dance A1 Dunn’s orchestra will fur nish the music for the annual Horse and Hound Show Ball on Tuesday night at Oak Hall hotel. This popular dance is attended by approximately 200 people every season and is held for the ex hibitors and guests of the show. The script is sl. H. B. Kelly, manager of Oak Hall hotel, is chairman of the dance committee.
