C., THURSDAY, SEPT. 15, 1938 Miss Daisy Foster Miss Daisy Foster, 25, daughter of Mrs. Dora Foster, of Tryon, died Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 at St. Luke’s hospital following an operation. Funeral services were held (today) Thursday as ternoon at the Tryon Presbyterian church with the Rev. D. M. Mc- Geachy, pastor, officiating. Inter ment in Tryon cemetery. Mist; Foster was educated in the Tryon graded schools and had always made her home in Tryon. She it; survived by her mother, Mrs. Dora Foster, one brother, Amos D. Fos ter, one sister, Miss Mary Foster, all of Tryon, and a half sister, Mrs J. J. Doyle, of San Francisco, California. The active pallbearers were Ed ward Fisher, J. S. Kell, Harold Nessmith, Robert McFarland, Jack Ford, Isham Henderson, W. Mar shall Ballew. The honorary pall bearers: W. A. Schilletter. J. H. Gaze, Dr. .A. J. Jervey, Dr. M. C. Palmer, T. E. Kell, R.
