County, made in the Special Pro
ceeding entitled Solon L. Hines,
Executor, vs: Edna Mae Barnette
and husband, W. H. Barnette, et.
al. the same being No upon
the Special Proceeding docket of
said court, the undersigned com
missioner, will, on the 28th da v of
November, 1938, at about 12
o’clock noon at the court house
door in Columbus, N. C., offer for
sale to the highest bidder for cash
that certain tract of land lying
and being in Green’s Creek Town
ship, Polk County, North Caro
lina, adjoining the lands of M. R.
Giles, S. L. Hines, et. al., and
