Basketball Tonight;
Tryon vs. Sunny View
Tonight at 7:30 at the Tryon
school gymnasium, the high school
Jflh’will open up its basketball season
qyby meeting Sunny View high. The
visitors have one of their strong
est teams in recent years and pre
dict very close games with ex
cellent prospects of winning.
The Tryon teams are much im
proved over the last year’s aggre
gation. The girls under a new
coach are determined to again
place their teams in the winning
column.
The boys with a year’s experi
ence behind them are fast develop
ing into a smooth playing group.
The squad with seventeen boys
out are ready to go into action.
The reserve strength of the team
is the best it has ever been an<)
competition for positions is strong
er. The following boys have been
out practicing for the past three
