Detroit, will return to her home
in Ann Arbor, Mich., on Satur
day.
Mrs. Jefferson Coe and daugh
ter, Miss Siallie Coe, of Worcester,
Mass., are expected on Sunday to
spend the winter in Tryon and will
occupy the Gray’s Blue Door cot
tage on Melrose Circle.
Miss Virginia Danforth, Miss
Mary Foster Pitney, and Miss
Hester Bartol, all of New York,
who will be bridesmaids in the
Erskine-Bartol wedding next week,
will arrive in Tryon today and
will be guests of Mr. and Mrs.
Ralph C. Erskine.
Among the parties given in honor
of Miss Carolyn Erskine, bride
elect of October 19th, was a tea
given on Tuesday afternoon by
Mrs. Baxter Haynes, and a lun
cheon on Thursday at Auberge
given by Mrs. Homer Ellertson.
