The Tryon Post Office will be
closed on Monday, New Year’s Day.
This afternoon will be the last
to get stamps at the Post
before Tuesday morning,
2nd.
King Rites Today
A brief funeral service for Jacob
King, who was killed in an auto
accident last Saturday, will be
held this afternoon at 3 o’clock
at the McFarland Funeral Home.
Service will be conducted by Dr.
C. Arthur Lincoln. The body will
be cremated.
New Year's Dance
