Condict, of Tryon, and vice president of the Charleston Junior Chamber of Commerce gave an in teresting outline of the organiza tion functions and ideals of the Junior Chamber of. Commerce throughout the United States, in an address before the members of the Tryon Rotary club on Firiday at 1 p. m., at Sunnydale. The program was in charge of Rotarian Fred Owens. Mr. Ware spoke of the rapid growth of the Junior or ganization which seeks to develop civic consciousness in young men from 21 to 36. The J.
