Feagan and Wal ter Foster, Columbus men, at Bent Creek after finding 60 gallons of non-tax-paid whiskey in their truck. A cow and a calf being transported in the truck were be ing used, officers said, to disguiso the true nature of the trip, and the animals also were seized. “Tim two men were brought be fore United States Commissioner Vonno L. Gudger here and were released under bonds of S3OO each for their appearance for trial at the MJay term of United States district court here next week.” Adams and Durham Omitted In List of Delegates In the list of delegates to the County Democratic Convention pub lished in the Bulletin on Monday the following names were omitted through an error in proof read ing: Frail Durham of Tryon Township and Bob Adams, a mem ber of the Trvon Precinct Execu tive Committee.
