Jack Davenport, student at The
Clitadel, Charleston, S. C., will
return to his home in Landrum, on
Saturday. He will leave soon for
a six weeks stay at the Reserve
Officers Training Camp at Pensa
cola, Florida.
John David McGeaehy will be
graduated from Davidson College
on Monday. His parents, Rev. and
Mrs. D. M, McGeaehy will attend
the exercises.
Mirs. Leslie Purlee of Salem,
Ind., who attended the Rion-Sayre
wedding is the guest of Mr. and
Mrs. C. N. Sayre.
