Woodward, son of Mr. and Mrs.
A. W. Woodward of Aiken, S. C.,
were married Sunday afternoon at
the home of the bride’s parents,
Mr .and Mrs. Samuel L. Austin,
in the presence of members of tne
family and a few close friends.
The Rev. Archie Ellis officiated,
vs ng the ring ceremony. The vows
were spoken before an improvised
altar formed by graduated baskets
of larkspur against a background
of ivy, gypsophilia, and candytuft.
Mrs. Woodward is a graduate of
the Landrum high school and of
Ahe Baptist Hospital School of
Cursing, Columbia. Since complet
ing her training she has been op
r-'at'ng. room supervisor of the
Miarlboro county hospital in Ben
netsville.
Mr. Woodward, a graduate of
the Aiken high school and business
school, is the manager of a
wholesale grain and feed store in
Greenville.
After a wedding trip, the couple
will reside at 705 Arlington ave.
in Greenville.
It is unlawful to pick flowers o
shrubbery within 300 feet oi an
