Dr. Goodell was one of the pioneer settlers of this community and is interested in coming back to Tryon. .... Next to a letter from home is regular visits of the Tryop Daily Bulletin, bearing news of many friends and acquaintances. Parents and friends can give nothing that would be appreciated more than a subscription to the Bulletin for the boy or girl off at college and in the army, navy and marines. For the school student $1 will send the Bulletin every day for the entire school term of nine months.
