Candidates For Eagle Scout Rank Monday Only one merit badge stands between Bobby Dick and Jimmy Baker in earning the highest rank in Boy Scouting. They will en deavor to pass this test on Mion day night at 7:30 at the Parish House in Tryon. If they pass the test on pioneering they will then be eligible for the Eagle rank.
