Scout Rank Monday
Only one merit badge stands
between Bobby Dick and Jimmy
Baker in earning the highest rank
in Boy Scouting. They will en
deavor to pass this test on Mion
day night at 7:30 at the Parish
House in Tryon. If they pass the
test on pioneering they will then
be eligible for the Eagle rank. The
public is invited to see this final
step made. Dr. C. Arthur Lincoln
will be in charge of the Court of
Honor.
Santa Claus Coming
Santa Claus is coming to Tryon

vear he paraded thru Trade street
during a snow storm. Watch for
