C., SATURDAY, MAR. 15, 1941 Dog Show Today Trycm’s annual Any and All Dog Show will be held thi s after noon at 2:30 at Harmon Field. #yon Boy Scout Troop No. 1 will dst in parking and directing the people, but the dogs will demonstrate their own cleverness, large feet, tail waggin, short tails, headdress and other reasons for distinction justifying a ribbon or the applause of the spectators. Credit Rating to Re Formed Here In Two Weeks President R. E. Brantley of the Try o n Merchants association states that within the next two weeks the association will have completed its rating bureau which will enable members to determine the credit rating of all patrons, not only in Tryon, but in other communities. This will enable a person having a good rating with in the Tryon bureau to get a higher standing elsewhere. Costa At Kiwanis Tom Costa will be in charge of the Tryon Kiwanis club program on Tuesday at 1 p. m., at Hotel Tryon. Shell Service Station Opens Here Monday Tryon’s newest service station the Shell S'ervice Station which was completed recentlv on Trade street will open for business on Mondav morning under the man agement of Oscar Brown of For est City.
