Tonight and every Thursday at 8 p. m., a Knights of Shining Armor program will be presented at the amphitheatre. C., THURSDAY, JUNE 19, 1941 LESS THAN $25 NEEDED FOR POLK USO FUND Polk County needs only $25 to reach its goal of s3oo' asked of the county by the United Service Organization in helping to raise the $11,000,000 needed to supply the recreational needs of the men called in service to defend the na tion. As little as ten cents will pe accepted and recorded as a gift to the welfare of the soldiers and sailors. Thirteen counties in the State have already reached their quotas.
