Club on Friday noon. Dr. Pla
cack outlined some of the ac
tivities of the medical profession
in checking disease of men before
they get into the army. Douglas
Blois had charge of the program.
Dr. Placack, who is a prominent
surgeon and professor at Western
•iserve University, has bought a
ack of land here and is making
plans to build his permanent home
at the foot of Skyuka Mountain.
