tactical.
“Your new tires, both passen
ger and truck type, must be con
served as far as possible for the
most essential needs which arise
in your community. Unfortunate
ly, due to insufficient quotas, many
eligibles in both List A and List
B will be unable to have their
needs satisfied. We will be unable
to be of any material assistance
to you in augmenting your quota
with supplements from the State
Reserve."
