the rural communities. The Bulle
tin office is used as the exchange
depot. When you get through with
your magazines and hate to throw

first lieutenant to captain in the
medical corps. He is in foreign

Evans estate In Spartanburg has
been fixed at $200,000. Governor
and Mrs. Evans, who died within 1
three months of each other were
subscribers to the Bulletin. The
bulk of their estate is left to
three grandchildren, now living in
Sweden.The soldiers’ pay
roll at Camp Croft amounts to
nearly one and a half million dol
