If you have not received an ap plication form from your fuel oil dealer, get one from the Ration Board office immediately. Read it very carefully and fill it out. You should have accurate infor mation on the following: 1. The number of persons regu larly living in the house (day help not included). 2. The sizes of all rooms used for living purposes, eating, sleep ing, or working, together with the sizes of the closets and halls open ing onto such rooms. No allow ances will be made for basement space, sun or sleeping porches, storage space, garage or laundry, or any space for which heating essential. The sizes of rooms ifyp’ls the length and width only. If~h room is not a perfect rec tangle, divide it in sections and give the size of each section. 3. Amount of fuel oil or kero sene on hand October 1st, and amounts purchased since that date. Also the capacity of your storage tank. 4. Get a certificate from your fuel oil dealer on the amount of fuel oil or kerosene you used last year. A member of the Fuel Oil Rationing committee will i be at the Ration Board office from 10 a. m., to 1 p. m., on October 29th, 30, and 31, to help you complete your application. Polk Co.
