State College of Agriculture with the various counties cooperating. 4-H vlub work is a specialized educa tional enterprise for rural boys and girls 10 to 20 years of age, who may become members if they desire to do so, having as its ob jectives to help young people de velop desirable ideals, to afford technical instruction, to provide an opportunity to “learn by doing”, to train young people in cooper ative action, to develop in young people habits of healthy living and to improve practices of home making and agriculture—hence to improve and make more satisfying the life on the farm. Frances McaGregor, assistant state 4-H club leader, who has spent this week in the county at tending all the Achievement Days, commends highly the work of the 212 bovs and 257 girls of the 4-H clubs, the principals and teachers of the schools who have lended their support to the program, to the parents, interested citizens, and to the county and home agents who in cooperation have made possible the accomplishments for the year.
