Registration Dates: Thursday
and Friday, November 19 and 20.
Hours 9 a. m. to 4 p. m.
All Polk county consumers
must register on these dates at
the nearest school. There will be
no registratioin at the Colored
Schools. Colored people should re
gister at the nearest White school
This registration is for all con
sumers who use Kerosene or Fuel
Oil for the following purposes:
1. Cooking and lighting. (2) Farm
trucks, tractors, machinery, etc.
(3) Other uses such a refrigera
tors, insecticidess, cleaning tools,
etc.
This registration is NOT for
consumers using kerosene or fuel
oil for house or water heating, as
such consumers must make appli
cation at the Rationing Board of
fice in Tryon.
