Enough money toj buy tickets for every member of, the Tryon football team has come in for the Shrine All-Star High School game at Charlotte on Dec. 8. Mr. Hester only had 25 tickets, but has ordered some nujre. The entire proceeds except for the fed eral tax goes to the benefit of the Shriner’s Crippled Children’s Hos pital at Greenville, S. C. Char lotte Observer and WBT are bring ing/ the Vox Pop radio program to Charlotte next Monday in the jgAterest of' the game. Admission the show will be by purchase of football tickets at 104 North „ Tryon Street in Charlotte. Other holders of tickets cannot get in to the show because there would be no way to determine how many would be able to see the show. Thousands of tickets will be sold in communities in both Carolinas. In Tryon the tickets will do double duty. They will provide money for the crippled children and at the same time give a free ticket of appreciation to the members of Tryon’s football team. ... It takes time to get in the right mood. Frank Murtfeldt and the Scout oath, followed with a few an nouncements, especially pertaining to the World Brotherhood of Scouts, by R. M.
