The other day Miss Betty Lee Andrews donated her crutches to the club for use of the crippled; C. M. Howes has II donated the late Mrs. Howes’ hear. JNng aid, for the benefit of some one hard of hearing. Starting with only one wheel chair to help some invalid the club now has around 36 wheel chairs, 44 crutches, six bed rests, two commodes, three walking canes, one electric pad, two hospital beds, urinals, rubber bed sheets. The good neighbor work has grown so much that the com mittee, consisting of Chas. J. Lynch and N. L. Wilson have a job keeping records of the loans, for when a patient borrows any of these comforts it is returned when he is through with jt in order for another patient to have it. Parsons and later by Mrs. Maude Brand, until sold to the Dillen i borgers. 1 Mr. and Mrs. Norton have al ready moved to Tryon to make their home. Mr. Norton is in the real estate business at Pass-A-Grille Beach, Fla. He is a disabled veterans commander, chairman of the trus tees of the community church and active in other civic affairs. M|rs. Norton is a concert pianist. ,She was originally from Kansas and is known professionally as Ruth H. Norton. Tryon Automobile Firm i Files State Charter Raleigh, Aug. 10.—Six cer tificates of incorporation were filed today in the office of the secretary of state. They included: Havnaer Motor Company, of Tryon, to buy and sell automobiles. Authorized capital $50,000, sub scribed $8,000 by L. E. Havnaer, ,Sipartanburg, S. C., Nannie L». Havnaer, Spartanburg, S.
