S. of the Tryon Methodist Church meets Tuesday at 3:30 with Mrs. Claasseen. - POLIO FUND OVER TOP The Polk County Campaign for Infantile Paralysis Funds went over the top as contributions came in from Southern Mercerizing Co., .Adams-Millis and Tryon Process ing Co. Donations are still com ing in. The quota was $1,450. Mrs. F. W Sprague ,the County treas urer reports $1,547.12 and that doesn’t count a few dollars that have not been deposited. New donations received through Mrs. T. P. Clarke at Columbus came from Mr. and Mrs. Walter Griffiths, L. L. Tallant, Joe Troy, Joe Tallnat and Mesdames J. A. Arledge, J. A. Feagan, T. P.
