It is the day of the Tryon Horse and Hound Show. It is big from the standpoint of at tendance of people from all over the county and adjoining coun ties. It is big from number of participants in the shows; big from the numerous preparations made months ahead; big from the standpoint of cooperation from many public spirited citizens. It is really big from the standpoint M many people of diverse ideas swallow prejudices and pet ^eves and put their shoulders to the wheel to make the Tryon show one of the best of its kind in the nation. The Asheville Citizen Times is sending a photographer to take pictures. Bobby Little is coming from Durham, N. C., to do the same thing. Associate Editor Charles 0. Hearon, of the Spar tanburg Herald. J. T. Fain, Jr., of the Hendersonville Times-News and a feature writer and photo grapher of the Spartanburg Herald will be among the out-of-town newspaper men present .... Any weight. Over outside course. 11:30 Three-Gaited 15.2 hands and under. 11:45 Walking Horse, 4 years and over. 11:45 Working Hunters, Any •Weight. Over outside course. 12:00 Five-Gaited, 15.2 Hands and under.
