Sunday’s Charlotte Observer had a pcture of Matt O’Shelds and the news about his election to the presidency of the Tryon Kiwanis Club. Mr. O’Shields, a native of Spartanburg: county, spent most of his life in Shelby and is the ^sec ond Shelby man to become presi dent of the Tryon* Kiwanis Club, the other being Fred W.
