Carrier of Brevard have very graciously invited the Tryon Garden Club to come to their home on Wed nesday, March 22, to see their beautiful display of daffodils. The guests'are asked to bring their own sandwiches and Mrs. Carrier will furnish ice cream and coffee. Cars will meet at Seven Hearths at 11 o’clock for final directions for finding the Carrier's house. Will all who wish to go kindly telephone Mrs. Fred Owen, tel. 109, immediately. Miss Jane Lyons, junior at the University of North Carolina, was home for the week-end with her parents, Dr. and Mrs. Horae* Lyons at Rackin’ Ridge Farm m the Hunting Country. '“i Mrs. Joel Stockard has return ed from 8 weeks motoring to Cali fornia and Arizona and is in Mrs. C. M. Cruikshank’s home near Co lumbus. Mrs. Cruikshank will ar rive from Florida in a few days and will be in her home through April.
