UNDER THE ACT OF CONGRESS, MARCH 3’, 1879 THE TRYON DAILY BULLETIN The World’s Smallest daily Newspaper. Seth M. Vining, Editor (Vol. 23—No. 116) TRYON, N. C,. Application forms are at The Bulletin office for any one interested in renting space. A clerk with civil service training is also needed for 20 hours a week. . . . A lot of people have been sing ing praises for the Tryon Police Force who help the traffic problem at the intersection in front of Mis sildine’s. Sometimes when the red light holds a string of cars from J&ssildine’s to the Esso Station, Bp policemen will wave the cars through the red light to relieve the congestion. That is appreciat ed, because most of the time the traffic is lighter crossing the rail road. . . . One of the things Charlie Lynch is trying to figure out is how to help motorists parked in front of Exclusive Ladies Shop, Food land and on up the street, who try to back out and can’t because of a contiguous line of cars held up by the red light. Something for traf fic officials to consider. You have to get in such situations often enough to appreciate the other fel low’s point of view.
