S3luda news By Julia Ann Johnson Mrs. Richard Thompson, chair man of the Tuberculosis Seal Sale for 1950 announces the opening of sales Nov. 20th. Seals are on sale in all grades in school and down totvn at the Electric Ap pliance Store, drug store, and L. L. .Clippard’s office. Mrs. L. L. Clippard, president of the P.-T. A. and Mrs. Richard Thompson have them for sale ,also at their homes. Mrs. Thompson has been chairman of this tuberculosis seal sale for many years and always does a fine job of it. Spurgeon Arledge, our Duka Power man, is now taking his vacation. Mrs. May Hipp Robertson, who moved here from Delaware last week, has rented the small cottage on Laftrel Drive formerly the Viner cottage. The Saluda High School is pub lishing a school newspaper—the name is “Saluda Leaves”. It is published quarterly. The first issua was published the month of Nov.
