Miss Ann Pittman returned to Columbia and' spent the remainder of the week. Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Tessener of Spindale spent the week-end with their son, Hugh Tessener, and Mrs. Tessener. Miss Grace Moore of Silver Creek visited Mrs. C. W. Hill on Monday. Rev. and Mrs. LeRoy D. Lep pard visited their daughter, Mrs. Preston C. Collison and Mrs. Colli son and granddaughter in Colum bia, S. C., recently. Pvt. Robert Earle Ormand of the U. S. Army, stationed at Fort Jackson, spent the week-end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Ormand, and other relatives. Grover and Jack Earle Hutcher son of Detroit, Mich., spent the holidays with their relatives here. Mrs. Robert Head was admitted to the Rutherford Hospital on Wednesday. Miss Ruth Womack, missionary to Nigeria, Africa, who is vaca tioning in the States, is visiting Rev. and Mrs. LeRoy D. Leppard.
