week-end in her home.
Miss Tandy Tucker is a patient
in the General Hospital in Spartan
burg.
Miss Nancy B. Stringer returned
to St. Mary’s School in Peekskill,
N. Y., via Washington and Balti
more on Monday after spending the
summer with her sisters, Mrs. E.
O. Gilmore and Mrs. Margaret
Bomar.
Mrs. Ralph Huntsinger is ill in
the General Hospital in Spartan
burg following a serious opera
tion last week.
Miss Eloise Fagan left Monday
for Greenwood, S. C., to enter
the freshman class of Lander Col
lege.
Mrs. C. H. Daniel has returned
to her home after a stay in St.
Luke’s Hospital in Tryon.
Mrs. Abram Briggs and son,
Dickie, of Newberry, S. C., were
guests' of Mr. and Mrs. Frank
Brown on the week-end.
Mr. and Mrs. Roy Heavner have
returned home from Atlanta, Ga.,
where they attended the Shrine con- 1
vention.
HOSPITAL NEWS
Mrs. Harold Taylor of Tryon
was admitted to St. Luke’s Hos
pital. The following patients were
discharged from the hospital: Mrs.
Inez Monroe, Lynn and Mrs. Louise
Harney, Tryon.
