WALGREEN AGENCY American Legionnaires Sponsoring Religion A movement for a spiritual re awakening of the people of Ameri ca has been launched by The American Legion. Legionnaires have been asked to spearhead a Divine Guidance movement to en courage regular church attendance and daily prayer. 1 he movement will be inaugurat ed on Sunday, Feb. 3, ninth anni versary of the date when the Four Chaplains went down praying to gether aboard the torpedoed U. S. Transport Dorchester in the North Atlantic. In resolutions adopted at the Legion’s National Convention in Miami last fall and by the North Carolina Department Executive Committee, Sunday, Feb. 3, has been designated as Go To Church Sunday.
