Postmaster G. f Henderson states
that the Tryon post office took in
over $3,000 more business this
past quarter than for the same
period last year.

GYMKHANA RESULTS
Approximately 700 persons at
tended the annual Gymkhana events
held Saturday afternoon at Harmon
Field under the sponsorship of
the Tryon Riding and Hunt Club
Jim Marshall, head of the ar
rangements committee, was assist
ed by James G. Ferguson, George
Webster and Mrs. George Gagnier.
First place winners in the various
events were announced as follows:
