Superior Court got under way Monday morning- with Judge Don Phillips charging the Grand Jury in which he outlined the duties and some of the customs of courts we in herited from the English system. This is Judge Phillips’ first visit in about five years. In the mean time he has served as a judge in the war crimes cases in Germany.
