AT KIWANIS TUESDAY Harold Warrington had charge of the Tryon Kiwanis Club pro gram Tuesday at 1 p. m. at Oak Hall hotel and presented as his guest speaker. Rev. Orville H. White, who gave an outline of his visit in California as a dele gate to National Convention of Congregational Christian Churches. He told of the principles upon which the organization was found ed beginning with the Mayflower Pact and the landing of the Pil grims He. stressed the need for vigilance in preserving our indi vidual liberties. Guests at the meeting included Judge Don Phillips of Rocking ham, Solicitor C. 0. Ridings of Forest City, W. A. McFarland of Columbus, J. T.
