Eskdale Cows Win At Fair
Eskdale Farm of Tryon won
first place at the Piedmont Inter
state Fair at Spartanburg this
week wfcen Eskdale Noah’s Frances
won the championship in Guernsey
Junior class and also first place
in the Stenior class. Mr. and Mrs.
John R. Kimberly are breeders and
owners of the champion cow. Esk
dale also won first place in the
Senior class for bulls with Esk
dale’s Baron Cavalero; second
place in Milking in the two-year
old class with Eskdale’s Noah
Buttercup. These cattle were fit
ted and shown by Wayne Bryson
and Aubrey Campbell, the latter
winning first place in the Junior
Showmanship class and a free trip
to Kansas City. Mo.
Youth Program Sunday

Youth Sunday will be observed
at the Church of the Holy Cross
Sunday morning at the 11 o’clock
service. The young people will be
