The Ap pleton, Wis., Post^Crescent of Oct. 15 had a four column story and pictures about the retirement of Ernst Mahler as executive vice president of Kimberly-Clark Paper Co. of Neenah. He was succeeded last Friday by John R. Kimberly, grandson of John Alfred Kimberly, one of the founders of the company. Mr. Mahler retired after 38 years ot, .service in accordance with the v^Wfcration’s retirement plan. Mr. i?4s£fnerlv who has been vice presi dent in charge of sales started with the company in 1924. He became assistant general superin tendent and a director in 1937. Mr. Mahler will remain as a director and alternate member of the ex ecutive committee and will be avail able as a consultant. Both men have homes in Tryon and are ident ified with the social and civic af fairs of this community during the part time residence.
