Scout District.
MELVIN RHODES
Melvin Rhodes, 56, World War I
veteran and son of Mrs. Elizabeth
Rhodes died Thursday night of a
heart attack.
Funeral services will be announc
ed by the McFarland Funeral
Home upon arrival of a son from
the Navy. The Rev. Henry Hearn
will officiate.
Besides his mother, Mr. Rhodes
is survived by three sons, Lynwood,
of the U. S. Navy in California;
Bill of the Air Force in Kentucky,
and Marion, who has just complet
ed his service with the Marines.
