Funeral services for Dr. C. L.
Booth, 83, who did health work
here during and following World
War I, will be held today (Tues
day) at 3 p. m., at the Petty
Funeral Home in Landrum. Burial
will be in the Landrum Cemetery.
Dr. Booth came to Spartanburg
in connection w’th the establish
ment of Camp Wadsworth and re
mained for a number of years
after the war as director of a
venereal disease clinic. He was a
member of Spartan Lodge, No. 70,
A. F. M.
The Rev. A. M. Jones will con
duct funeral services.
