Frost in charge of the gate to col lect the small fee charged. Mrs. James A. Blackwood, noted horse woman of Detroit will be the judge. Schooling will be permitted in the ring from noon until 1 p. m., be fore the show and the judge will be glad to answer brief questions. .No entry fees will be charged. . . .
