Everybody talks about t h e
weather and every year more and
more people are doing something
about it—to enjoy tranquill warm
days in winter and cool nights in
summer, they are coming to the
Thermal Belt. This steady growth
makes property around Tryon a
desirable investment and we can
offer some very attractive places—
the full views of the mountains
are marvelous, the knolls are well
wooded and carpeted with wild
flowers, the streams are spring
fed and private woodland lakes
can easily be made. Some of the
pieces can be financed over five
years—an attractive opportunity
for those who wish to anticipate
retirement and choose their fu
ture homesite now. The initial cost
is not much, the trees and land
increase in value year by year,
taxes are low and nature will look
after the property free. So why
not choose your homesite while
this choice acreage is still avail
able? A letter or phone call will
bring you full information. Rich
