Capt. and Mrs. Rufus £^*Daum
received a cable this morning an
nouncing the marriage of their
youngest son, David Zogbaum, to
Mademoiselle Nicole de Monfumat
in Paris, France, on March 20th.
Mr. Zogbaum is a graduate of
Yale University and was with the
Marines in World War II. Follow
ing his graduation he entered the
diplomatic service.
The bride’s mother is with the
French Ministry of Labor. And
she has an uncle who is a leader
of the DeGaulist party.
The Spartanburg Herald reports
that Joseph S. Cartee of Landrum
is a patient in General Hospital.
