SCOUT NEWS are some of the things the Intermediate Girl Scouts of Troop 2, have done: In crafts we made Christmas cards and candy, candle holders for the hospital. We went Christ mas caroling and made plastic Valentine pins for our mothers. In nature we have made visits to different places. We went to Mrs. Mahler’s where we learned several kinds of trees and flowers. We visited Mrs. Wickham, who told us about Ireland and the Girl Guides in Ireland; also we made trails of yarn and we learned some trail signs. For our second class work, each of our three patrols gave a play, The Three Bears, Sleeping Beauty, and Cinderella. We went on a nature walk and learned the names of some flowers Miss Elena Garcia taught us some first aid.
