Presbyterians Elect Deacons
At a congregational meeting on
Sunday night, the Tryon Presby
terian Church elected five deacons,
replacing those whose term of
office had expired. The five dea
cons were Walter Newman, Enoch
Prather Jr., Jack Rezab, Dr. Geo.
Vosburgh and Dr. Jule Wellborn.
These deacons will be formally
ordained and installed on Easter
Sunday.

the Tryon Presbyterian Church has
elected its officers for the coming
year as follows: President, Dr.
George Vosburgh Jr.; vice presi
dent, W. D. Prather; secretary,
Mrs. Elwood Martin.
