To Red Cross Canvassers
From the limited number of re
ports turned in so far by the
canvassers in the Red Cross Annual
Fund Campaign, it is obvious that
a lot of work must be done before
the end of the month to put the
campaign over the top'. You are
urged to try to complete your calls
before that time.
If some of the prospective donors
in your territory prefer to bring
their donations direct to the bank
you will get the proper credit. If
for some unforseen reason you are
not going to be able to complete
your solicitation, please notify
Betty Frost, 315-R. Canvassers in
the county may send in their re
ports through the Home Demon
stration Clubs or take them to the
office of the County Farm Agent
in Columbus, or the Tryon Bank
& Trust Co. That a child may
walk—that a soldier may live—
support the Red Cross Fund appeal.
