A 38 ACRE WOODLAND of
magnificent virgin trees—giants
of hemlock, spruce, beech and
many other deciduous trees. A
joyful mountain steam cascading
through a glen which narrows
enough at one place to build a
dam to make a private lake or
pool. Terraced gardens developed
over the years—flowering shrubs,
native red bud and dog wood in
profusion. All this makes a setting
for a very comfortable home of
three bed rooms, 2 baths, living
room with fireplace, kitchen having
built in cabinets. Basement has
laundry, garage, and an oil furn
ace. A stone terrace, work shop
and studio combine to make this
one of the most attractive proper
ties available. RICHARDSON &
