The place is bound to be full' of
people. Whether it will hold them
or not is a question bothering
some officials . . . The Rotary .Club
and thev Duplicate Bridge Club
also meet Friday. Saturday af
ternoon and night will be full
with programs at Harmon Field
beginning at 2 o’clock. The foot
ball game starts at 7.30. Some
thing will be going on all tKe
time. Young and old can chdose
their time or make a. holiday bf
it and spend the entire time there.

74, of Saluda died at 5 p. m. on;
Wednesday at the home of a daugh
ter, Mrs. G. W. Bridgeman, of
near Landrum.
He was born and reared in the
Friendship Church community

man and Martha Newman Brad
ley. He was the husband of the
late Clissa Stepp Bradley.
Surviving1 are four daughters,
Mrs. Effie Cantrell of Henderson
ville, Mrs. Bridgeman of near
Landrum, Mrs. Cora Bridgeman
of Gastonia and Mrs. R. L. White
of Oklahoma City, Okla.; one son,
James Bradley of Bogart, Ga.;
one brother, Lewis Bradley of
Travelers Rest; two sisters, Mrs.
Rebecca Hudson of Tryon and
| Mrs. Savannah Justice of Hender
1 sopville; 22 grandchildren and 9
great-grandchildren,
i — Funeral services will be con
| ducted Friday at 2i30 p. m. at
j Friendship Church by the Revs.
J. D. Godfrey and Ed Corn. Burial
will be in the church cemetery.
