NCNB Dividend
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The
NCNB Corp, board of directors
today declared a quarterly
dividend of 18 cents a share,
payable March 28 to shareholders
of record March 4.
This represents an increase of 2
cents a share in the Charlotte
corporation’s quarterly dividend.
NCNB Corp, is a Charlotte-
based holding company which
has North Carolina National
Bank as its principal subsidiary.
