Tryon Daily Bulletin, Thurs., Feb. 7, 1980 Shipping Clothing January was a busy month for the Community Services Com mittee of the Tryon Seventh-day Adventist Church; accoridng to Chairman Lonard Bohner, around 200 items of clothing were given out locally. In addition to answering many local needs during 1979,167 cases of clothing were sent to New York warehouse for shipment over seas. The clothing is contributed by individuals and organizations. Headquarters are in the basement of the Columbus Medical-Dental Building. Work ers are there every Monday morning from 9:00 o’clock to 11:00, and anyone needing clothing may come at that time. In case of emergencies, Elder Bohner suggests that word be left at the medical office by calling 894-8213.
